Kidsterr is a marketplace between independent buyers and sellers. These disclosures are part of the Terms of service you agree to when you create an account.
1. Product condition & “as-is” sales
Kidsterr is an online marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers. All items listed on the platform, including but not limited to children’s apparel, toys, shoes, gear, and accessories, are sold “as-is” and “as-available” by the respective third-party sellers. Kidsterr does not manufacture, store, inspect, or test any of the items listed. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, authenticity, cleanliness, condition, or legality of any item purchased through the marketplace.
2. Product safety, choking hazards, and recalls
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that items comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations. Kidsterr does not monitor listings for product safety recalls. We strongly urge all users to check the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website before buying or selling secondhand children’s goods.
Certain items may contain small parts that present a choking hazard for infants and young children. Parental supervision is strictly required for any items purchased through this platform. Kidsterr disclaims all liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any item purchased on our marketplace.
3. Age eligibility & parental consent
While our marketplace features items meant for children, the services are strictly intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. Children are not permitted to create accounts, list items, or make purchases. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Kidsterr does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). See the Privacy policy.
4. No endorsement & dispute resolution
The inclusion of any user, brand, or product listing on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or verification by Kidsterr. Any contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller. Kidsterr is not a party to that contract, nor are we responsible for fulfilling orders, resolving shipping disputes, handling refunds (outside our stated escrow and payment terms), or resolving misrepresentations made by users.
